Child safety standards

Ezwati (عزوتي), an app by Life Easy LLC, strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Creating, sharing, requesting or promoting such content, and grooming or sexually soliciting minors, are not allowed in any form or under any circumstances.

How the app is designed

• Each family is a private space, isolated from every other family: there is no public content, no way to search for strangers, and no contact between different families.
• A family can only be joined by invitation from its admin.
• The minimum age to hold an account is 13.

In-app reporting and protection

• Reporting: any member can report any message by long-pressing it and choosing "Report message".
• Blocking: any member can block another member; their messages disappear and their notifications stop.
• Family admin moderation: reports go to the family's admin and assistants, who review them and remove violating content.
• To report a user or any other content, or if the report concerns the family admin, email us directly at the address below.

What we do about violations

When we become aware of child sexual abuse material or child exploitation, we remove the content immediately, close the offending account, and report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, in line with applicable law.
