Delete your account and data

To delete your Ezwati (عزوتي) account and associated data (app by Life Easy LLC):

1. Email support@ezwati.app with the subject "Ezwati account deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address registered to your account so we can verify you.
3. We will confirm receipt and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted: your profile (name, email, date of birth, photo) and device push tokens. Family chat messages remain visible to the family as 'Deleted member', no longer linked to your identity, and you can ask for specific messages, photos or voice notes to be removed. Family tree entries about you may be removed or anonymized on request, since they belong to the whole family. Limited records may be kept where required by law or for security, and are deleted once no longer needed.
